We found a bed bug crawling on the pillow the first night we used it. I had no idea what a bed bug looked like until I felt something crawling on me and researched to see what it was. We took them off and placed them in the washer as soon as possible but now we are freaked out! Do not recommend!

I received "My Pillow" from my parents this Christmas and have been using it now for a few weeks. Both of my parents have had My Pillows for over a year, and they are both reasonably satisfied with their pillows. I however, am not terribly satisfied… here’s why:

If you like a lumpy pillow this is the one for you! Tried this pillow only one night and it was the worst pillow I have ever used. I don’t get the hype of this pillow! There was no neck support, my head was engulfed on both sides with my neck sinking to the bed. Worse sleep I ever had.

Followed the instructions and put this in the dryer before usage. It turned into lumpy cotton balls! You can feel each lump through the lining of the pillow. I was SO excited for this and now I’ll be sending it back. I’ve been hearing about how great these pillows are for a few years and now I think it’s all nonsense.

These are the worst pillows ever! I usually buy cheaper pillows but wanted something better so decided to spend the money and get a My Pillow - What a waste of money! It’s a flat bag of chopped up foam. The cheap pillows at TJ Maxx are way better. All the reviews that love this pillow have to be fake - DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

I’m sorry-I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was trash. Definitely not worth almost $50! The foam was all shredded (as described) but it didn’t "interlock" together…it all just went around my head and soon my head was laying directly on the mattress with no padding underneath.

This is not the same pillow you get directly from the company. My mother bought hers straight from Sutera and she loves it. I bought mine on Amazon and it is clearly different.
They look almost exactly the same, but it is clear that they are made with different foam. This is why people are complaining about the smell.

I rolled the dice, and took a chance, despite reading reviews of getting unsealed pillows with stains on them. Turns out, one of the two pillows I got were exactly that, not sealed, and had a stain. The seller was the default "etailz", and they have a 99% positive feedback. I guess I fell into that 1% negative with this pillow order.
