The product description does state that the colors may vary, however it also states that the size of the candles would be 1/2 diameter by 4 inches. The candles I received had a base measuring 1/2 inch, but after 1/4 of an inch they tapered down to about 5/16 in diameter, and only stand 3 1/2 inches tall.

As the title states, I suggest that you do not order candles while you’re intoxicated. I hate patchouli so I have no idea why I ordered this candle. I think I liked the name of it and at the time I was searching for a candle to put in my bedroom.

This candle is a joke. It’s so impractical. You can only feed 2" max at a time through the clip to burn, and that 2" burns away in 10-15 minutes. Then you have to wait another 10-15 minutes for the wax to cool before you can feed more through to burn.

Deceptive advertising. It says that the cancel burns about one inch every 20 minutes. It also says it burns for approximately 80 hours. Doing the math, that means the candle is over 200 inches in length. That means the winding candle wick would have to be over 6 yards long. It is not possible.

* There is no white: You get two yellow, because the white candle is really beige.
* No black: It is not black but a dark purple… see the tip where the cotton blends the true color and it is totally purple.

These coil candles are a great idea, and I like the design of the holders. However, these candles are "made from beeswax", meaning that they may really only contain small amounts. Smells like petrol. I suspected something was off with the first coil sent with the holder. This replacement is the same. Made in Vietnam. Buyer beware.

Actual candles don’t match stock photo. The photo appears to be of a higher quality candle, while the ones I received were splotchy and translucent in color. They also stained anything they touched. These candles arrived with about half of them smashed. The holders appear to have been mashed together, and as a result they don’t all fit the candle openings correctly. The burn time seems very uneven with these. Sometimes its 2 hours, sometimes its over 6 hours. The wax doesn’t always melt evenly as it should. The price is good, at least.

I’m gonna go out on a limb and say, this is likely a reproduction, of the Capri Blue candles sold at Anthropologie. One of the candles came with scented oil all over the outside of the jar, and neither of the candles smell as strong as the candles I’ve purchased from Anthropologie.
