Bought this, as it was marketed as washable. However, when I got it, the care instructions almost immediately recommend against washing at home (see pic). I have a newish, front-loading washer and dryer, and they could probably handle the blanket. But I just don’t like when companies are shady.

I was excited about this purchase based on excellent customer reviews. It was purchased for our guest bed which is a queen. At the recommendation of others, I purchased the king comforter because they run small. When I took it out of the package, it immediately felt cheap and not worth the price that I paid (which wasn’t even that expensive).

I was planning on purchasing 3 more after the first night of use but lucky I didn’t because the stitching was so weak the seams split open and stuffing is coming out all over the place. It fell apart before a full month. Happy Amazon gives you a return time window frame. This one is going back.

After going through various options for Duvet covers I somehow settled on these.
I could tell right away when the package said "Egyptian Quality" that I was duped, skimmed over the fine print on the web page stating they are really MicroFiber (Polyester it says on the sheet).
They are thin, nasty feeling cloth.

POLYESTER, POLYESTER, POLYESTER! No matter how fancy is the description is, these are just 100% polyester. I don’t think it’s comparable to cotton, and I don’t think it’s very comfortable or fine made. The description makes a huge misunderstanding of what it made of. I feel like I’ve been fooled.

Horrible. First of all it is described in a tricky way saying its 1500 count Egyptian leads you to think its cotton when in fact its polyester. It does not wash well and it holds onto pet hair even after washing. Had it for a month and gave it to a resale shop. And its so hot to sleep under because its not cotton. Very disappointed.

It is good in theory but poorly executed. It is already leaking out pellets. The squares are also too big and dont distribute the weight evenly how it should. What you end up with is the weight falling off to the sides- which doesn’t really make it serve its purpose as a weighted blanket.
