I bought this rug about 16 months ago in gray. It looked fine for the first couple of months but it steadily began to look very matted and worn. I’m going to write the seller and see if they stand behind the product. If they do, I’ll submit an update. Regardless, I’m getting rid of it. It looks dirty even when it’s clean.

I’ve had this rug in my room for about 2 weeks now and it is completely flat. Dirt has gotten stuck inside the tangled mess that is this rug. I would not reccomend this because after 2 weeks it looks nothing like it used to.

The description reads natural fibers. I can only assume they did not clean said natural fibers at any point. It will dump a TON of dirt like material on your floor and ruin any finish on wood. It was clear to me that the rug was covered in mold before I even opened the plastic. Still, I thought maybe I could clean it. This rug is a disaster. There is no question that the person who picked this order saw and smelled the mold yet chose to ship it to me anyway. You put the health of the UPS driver as well as me and my kids at risk.

We found a FISHING HOOK embedded in our area rug. New rug, and we DO NOT fish nor do we have fishing stuff at our house. Found it by my foot getting deeply jabbed and getting bloody. Based on the fabric tied to the hook, it seems that they used the hook in the manufacturing process (perhaps as a grip point as they weave the rug?).

So, I hate to leave such a negative review. I loved the rug initially, aside from tons and tons of never ending dust/carpet fibers. I sweep and dust much more often… however, I liked the look of the rug with my decor. At first. 9 months later, however, it’s coming COMPLETELY apart. It’s dumb calling this a rug. It’s a material. I might be able to use it for upholstering pillows or something, but sure can’t use it in the floor. It’s far too slick to have on a floor. Would slip and fall very easily. It’s more of a BLANKET, and they shrink wrap it like a blanket, too. And I don’t put slippery blankets on the floor.

This rug is the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me. I saw the reviews about dirt, but there were also rave reviews, and I really, really liked the look of this rug.
