I only ordered it because the poles were already connected. In my original thought, I’d figure that would be a lot easier.There are other ones where you have to connect each pole together individually. So yes, it was easier, but I can see why this idea is flawed because it didn’t make an arch.

Misleading picture and information. This has happen twice already. I actually returned it this time. Advertising says 12" balloon, but the package says AND has "assorted" and "irregular" sizes…to top it off the color gold is more a dark yellow nothing like the picture.

I read the other reviews and bought this anyway. I really figured they just couldn’t follow directions. But nope. The machine functions and works. But the balloons themselves suck. They pop. You cannot get them to the size of the photos or the video or any of the YouTube videos. Also they are not clear and shiny at all. They’re cloudy and yellow.

I purchased a 9x9 inch product with the intent of sealing an 8 inch diameter circular flue pipe. The 9x9 was the closest size to match what I needed. I also purchased the tube extension. I purchased these balloons for my mom’s funeral/repass. I took them to put helium at the store late the night before for the funeral on Saturday.Within 2 hrs the balloons all fall. It was not holding the helium. I paid $37.00 have proof of my receipt. So, I never had any balloons at my mom’s repass as planned.

These balloons are old and frail. They did not hold up after I inflated them with helium. As soon as I took it outside it popped. I only had enough gas inside it to lift 1/2 pound! I found the good ones on Ebay under the heading of severe weather balloon. Those are the real ones used to fly instruments to over 100,000 feet!

Overall, I’m not a big fan of this item. My experience with this balloon is very similar to the review left by Skepticus on 11/30/12. I have a standard sized fireplace and chimney. Similarly, our damper is a roughly 3 inch length-wise rectangular metal plate, and there is a mechanism in the middle of the plate to move the damper up and down.

Once my balloon arch was setup all the balloons looked amazing BUT then the black balloons started to pop, not only did they pop at random times of the night and scared the heck out of me and my dog but by morning there were only about 5 still standing, I had to add more purple balloons (that didn’t match) to the very top.

I ordered a 12X12 chimney balloon for my flue, which is 12" round. I also ordered the extension tube, since my fireplace is tall.The balloon comes as a square balloon. Well, it’s almost square, but two of the corners were bulged out. This to me looked like the balloon was just poorly put together when seamed.

How can a seller not QC their product. I installed the product in a customer’s home. I did an initial inflate and let it sit on the hearth. 20 minutes later is was soft. The instructions state that it could be the hot air from my breath shrinking as it cools. OKAY, that is logical. Inflate again, deflates again.
